Exotic animals, farm animals, reptiles, venomous animals, and animals deemed dangerous or unsuitable for residential living are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by management.
Residents are responsible for their pets at all times, including any damage, injury, noise complaints, odors, waste removal, or disturbances caused by the pet. Pets must be leashed or properly restrained in common areas and may not be left unattended outside the home, on patios, balconies, garages, or community grounds.
Unauthorized pets, failure to disclose a pet, violation of this policy, or failure to maintain required documentation may result in fees, removal of the pet, lease enforcement action, and/or termination of tenancy, subject to applicable law.
This policy does not apply to approved assistance animals, service animals, or emotional support animals as required by applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Requests for reasonable accommodation will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
